Jonah Levey - CEO

Jonah Levey is CEO and founder of Navigos Group and VietnamWorks.com. Prior to coming to Vietnam in 2002, Jonah was a Managing Director with the New York-based executive search firm Raines International, Inc. Jonah was also formerly with Picard International, Ltd., where he was an Executive Search Consultant in the firm's Strategy and Finance practice.

Jonah holds a B.A. in Economics from Vassar College.

Chris Harvey - General Director

Chris Harvey has worked exclusively with consumer-oriented Internet businesses such as AOL, Yahoo! and LendingTree since 1999. Prior to joining VietnamWorks, Chris helped lead the effort to transform AOL’s Web-based offerings to compete more effectively with Yahoo! and other Internet portals and increase AOL's share of the Internet advertising market. He played a central role in the design of the features, functionality and look of the new AOL.com. At Yahoo!, Chris negotiated strategic partnerships, structured advertising relationships and helped lead product strategy for Yahoo! Mail and Messenger, two of Yahoo!’s most highly trafficked products. He led the deeper integration of the anti-virus security feature into Yahoo! Mail and was responsible for the conception, design and launch of the Webcam feature of Yahoo! Messenger. Prior to Yahoo!, Chris negotiated, executed and managed distribution relationships at LendingTree, an online marketplace for mortgages and auto loans in the United States.

Before attending business school, Chris worked as a financial analyst at a private real estate investment firm in Washington, DC.

Chris holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.

Tang Tri Trong - National Sales Director

Mr. Tang Tri Trong has over 13 years of experience as a salesman and sales manager responsible for high performance, professional sales teams. Prior to joining VietnamWorks, Trong spent 5 years at Prudential Vietnam Assurance where most recently he was Assistant Director of Agency Training and Development in charge of Nationwide Training for Prudential's agency force. During his time directly managing sales force, Trong�s team won Prudential�s �Top Team� award for the year of 2006 running from among 19 teams across Vietnam. Previously, Trong has worked at several international companies in different sales management positions such as Sales Manager, Deputy Director and Assistant Director of Agency Development & Agency Training. He is a passionate practitioner of communicating value and motivating sales teams to peak performance.

Trong holds a Degree of Mechanical Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Ho Chi Minh City.

Wee Tee Lim - VietnamWorks Director of Operations

Wee Tee has 12 years of experience in the industry with leading IT software and solution providers. He has a strong background in solutioning, program management and business development. He joined VietnamWorks from Symantec Asia Pacific where he was Chief Solutions Architect for Symantec's Telecommunications industry team. In that role, he was responsible for developing solutions for clients across the region to meet their security and infrastructure requirements. Prior to that, Wee Tee was Solutions Director in Oracle Corporation Asia Pacific where he spent 6 years in solution consulting and business development. He has a rare combination of technical and business expertise.

Wee Tee holds a degree in the Management of Technology from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor�s degree for Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Tiffany Nguyen - Director, Strategic Initiatives

Prior to joining VietnamWorks, Tiffany worked in Business Development with TMA Solutions, one of Vietnam's leading software outsourcing companies. Before returning to Vietnam, she was a Software Engineer at Microsoft Corporation in the United States. While with Microsoft, Tiffany implemented the entire test pass for Server Explorer in Microsoft Visual Studio.Net. Before that, she worked with two of the largest software companies in Silicon Valley, Cisco Systems and Rational Software Corporation. At Rational, Tiffany worked in conjunction with local sales account teams to provide pre-sale/post-sale on-site consultation to customers and potential clients. She also authored training materials for the Rational Suites Administration Workshop for a US Government client.

Tiffany graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics. She also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences from Washington State University.

Bryan Pelz - Non-Executive Director

With 21 years in software and 8 years in startups, Bryan is a veteran entrepreneur working in Vietnam. Prior to relocating to Vietnam in 2002, Bryan was co-founder and CEO of Fetch Technologies, an R&D company specializing in artificial intelligence, information extraction, data integration, portal and search technologies in Manhattan Beach, California. Prior to that, he was co-founder and CTO of Nomade.fr, one of the leading Internet portals in France. The company completed a strategic merger with LibertySurf which went public and was later acquired by the Tiscali Group.

Bryan holds a B.A. from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He also attended La Sorbonne (the University of Paris) and took courses in French language and culture.

Sean MacDonald - Non-Executive Director

Sean currently works at OgilvyOne, New York, an international leader in direct and interactive marketing, where he has led interactive strategic engagements including a new product launch for American Express and the launch of the "Powered By" brand for Cisco. Other clients have included DuPont, Pfizer, Assurant Health and Continental Airlines. Sean is a cofounder of VietnamWorks.com and served as the company's Director, Marketing and Product Development for its first year of operation. Prior to joining VietnamWorks, Sean had been a Senior Strategist with AGENCY.COM, the New York-based interactive consulting firm. Sean developed interactive business strategies and plans that focused on branding, customer relationship management, optimizing business processes and commerce. Sean was a globalization specialist and led and facilitated executive educational workshops and training programs worldwide for multinational audiences. His clients included The Coca-Cola Company, Gucci, The Omnicom Group, Cushman & Wakefield, Cablevision Systems, Colgate-Palmolive, and Compaq. Before joining AGENCY.COM, Sean was an Analyst in the Media Group at Kirshenbaum, Bond & Partners, a boutique advertising agency in New York. There, Sean revised the online advertising strategy for a Global 100 electronics and entertainment company.

In addition, Sean directed an award-winning feature-length documentary that was included in film festivals internationally and holds a Master of Arts in Religious Studies from the University of Chicago.
